Shipping policy

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items in Euros.

We are not responsible for any additional import duties and taxes (including VAT) that may apply once the shipment has been delivered to your country.

Shipping Dates

Orders are shipped from Babycosyorganicwear.it   from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 through the couriers Bartolini (DPD Group) and DHL.

Shipping dates exclude public holidays in Italy (1st and 6th January, Easter and Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November and 8th, 25th and 26th December). The items will then be shipped on the first day of the following week (Monday-Friday) of the order date.

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday morning. Please note that shipments during high traffic periods, including sales, promotions, events or national holidays, may take longer.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery time is estimated from the time the order is shipped, not the time it is placed.

BabyCosyorganicwear.it is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or for reasons of force majeure beyond the control of BabyCosyorganicwear.it

In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by Babycosyorganicwear.it

Order Tracking Information

When your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which will include your order's tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us at info@babycosyorganocwear.it as soon as possible.

Shipping information, including the delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.

Orders cannot be shipped to mailboxes.
